Kanckwell Oven's industrial heat treat oven and tempering furnaces (SDB Series) come in ten (10) basic sizes (special sizes are available) and are available in four (4) temperature ranges, using either gas or electrical heating. The conventional maximum continuous temperature ratings are 800 degrees Fahrenheit (425 degrees Celsius), 1000 degrees Fahrenheit (540 degrees Celsius), 1250 degrees Fahrenheit (675 degrees Celsius), and 1400 degrees Fahrenheit (760 degrees Celsius).
Companion Draw Furnaces and Draw Batch Furnaces are terms used to describe industrial heat treat oven and tempering furnaces. The heavy-duty furnace architecture of Wisconsin Oven's draw batch oven features a plate steel outer shell, a reinforced steel plate oven front, a lined inner shell, and outside structural reinforcements as needed. The equipment can be developed to fulfil even the most demanding criteria if they are requested.
